Заключено соглашение между компаниями COADE, Inc. (США) и RoboBAT (Франция)
COADE, Inc. (USA) and RoboBAT (France) announced that the two software companies have reached an agreement to develop integration paths between their respective software applications. COADE, a world leader in plant design and analysis software, is the developer of the CADWorx Plant Design Suite; CAESAR II, the world’s most popular pipe stress analysis software and other design and evaluation applications. RoboBAT, a world a leader in structural engineering analysis and design software, is the developer of ROBOT Millennium. Initial plans call for the development of an interface from COADE’s CADWorx to the RoboBAT software, with an interface between CAESAR II and RoboBAT to follow.
Thomas Van Laan, the president of COADE, described the benefits of this agreement for the companies and their respective users. "One of the fortés of COADE’s product line is our ability to integrate with other applications, so the marketplace has come to expect the best from us in that area,” Van Laan said. “So, when we went looking for a structural analysis application to integrate with our plant design software, we looked for one with outstanding capabilities and found those in the RoboBAT software.” He then explained how users will benefit. “Users of our CADWorx AutoCAD-based applications will enjoy a seamless link to this high quality analytical package, while current RoboBAT customers will have easy access to our industry-standard applications such as CADWorx and CAESAR II.”
Gary Wyatt, International Sales and Marketing Director for RoboBAT, described advantages for his company and its clients. “We are delighted to be able to integrate COADE’s leading-edge
solutions with our structural analysis and design software, ROBOT Millennium, because we recognize COADE as the market leader within their field and believe that there are many parallels within our two businesses that can benefit our mutual clients,” Wyatt said. “For example, our product development within the structural engineering software market over the past few years has focused on integration, offering complementary solutions that span the complete discipline of structural engineering,” he explained, “and it is clear that both RoboBAT and COADE share this vision of offering truly integrated solutions. We are pleased that our clients will soon share in the benefits of this collaboration.”
