Компания Moldflow Corporation анонсировала выход Moldflow Design Link™ (MDL™) 5.1

Moldflow Corporation today announced the release of Moldflow Design Link™ (MDL™) 5.1, a software product that allows the direct import of solid geometry data from the world’s leading CAD systems into Moldflow’s design analysis solutions. Native CAD data from Pro/ENGINEER®, CATIA V5®, SolidWorks® and Parasolid™-based CAD systems can be seamlessly imported into Moldflow Plastics Advisers® (MPA®) and Moldflow Plastics Insight® (MPI®) software. Moldflow is the world leader in software and hardware solutions for optimizing the design and manufacture of plastic products.

This new version of MDL provides users with updated interfaces to native CAD formats saving time. Enhancements to MDL 5.1 include:

  • The MDL/Parasolid version now supports part models created in versions up to and including Parasolid version 16.1 and SolidWorks 2005.
  • The MDL/Pro/ENGINEER version now supports part models created in versions up to and including Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 2.0.
  • The MDL/CATIA V5 version now supports part models created in versions up to and including CATIA V5R14 (Release 14 SP3).
  • MDL 5.1 supports MPI 5.1, MPI 5.0 Revision 1, MPI 5.0, MPA 7.1 Revision 1 and MPA 7.1.
